This teddy bear belonged to a girl called Sarah. She was born during World War II (1939 – 1945), when materials for dolls and toys were in short supply. He is home-made, using odd pieces of fabric in the sewing box, like her other soft toys.
The teddy bear was named after President Teddy Roosevelt of the USA.
