Why did they come? by Natalie and Gabrielle

We do not know exactly why they came but we have some good ideas. Imagine you are an Anglo Saxon. What would you do if:

- Other tribes were wanting to take over your land?
- Your home was always getting flooded?
- There was no good land to farm?
- You had heard about a better country with good farmland?
- Someone said they would take you in their boat to good land?

Think about these ideas. What would you do!
